Asbestos Management

Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) are either known to contain asbestos, or presumed to contain asbestos. The survey will assess materials to find ACM and record what it is, where it is and how much there is, record how accessible it is, its condition, and any surface treatment and record the asbestos type, by sampling or by presuming. The survey aims to ensure that nobody is harmed by the continuing presence of ACM in the premises or equipment, that the ACM remain in good condition and that nobody disturbs it accidentally.

Fire Risk Assessments

A fire risk assessor will visit your premises and undertake a comprehensive evaluation of all areas of the property including age & condition, persons at risk, potential fire safety hazards & risk, ignition sources & combustible materials & fire safety procedures.
